Dave Wolf has been the Managing Partner of Linkmedia 360 since 2004. Dave leads client engagements, business development and Agency direction. He is responsible for a number of innovative strategies that have enabled Linkmedia 360 clients to use online and mobile technologies to maximize the impact of their offline media.Dave has an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BA from Dalhousie University.
Chad Luckie is the Managing Partner/Co-Owner of Linkmedia 360 Digital. Chad leads client engagements, business development and Agency direction for Linkmedia 360 Digital. He is responsible for a number of strategies that have enabled Linkmedia 360 clients to use Digital Marketing to maximize ROI.

In her spare time, she loves to travel, practice yoga and explore the Cleveland restaurant scene.
Cindy leads research and strategic planning at Linkmedia 360. Cindy has over 30 years of directional media planning experience in a wide range of consumer and industrial verticals. Her expertise spans online, mobile media and directory usage analysis. Cindy has been an advisor to the American Association of Advertising Agencies Directory Advertising Board.
Linda has over 20 years of experience in directional marketing and focuses her time on the Allstate account. She joined Linkmedia 360 in August of 2017. Linda started her advertising career in research and spent ten years running an agency research department, offering qualitative and quantitative data to support marketing strategies for Fortune 500 and regional advertisers. She co-authored a white paper on research standards for the Advertising Research Foundation (ARF). That research background has informed Linda’s approach to client service and strategic planning. In her spare time, Linda pursues travel, is an avid reader, and tutors adults preparing for the GED.
Jen Konecny has been honing her digital marketing and account management experience for over 15 years. She is an Account Director for Linkmedia 360’s Senior Living practice and feels passionate about driving results in the industry. In her free time, Jen can be found spending time with her husband and son and chasing around her 3 Siberian Huskies: Bella, Cleopatra, and Tiberius.

He brings more than six years' experience leading and implementing data analytics and operational research initiatives to generate actionable insights and data-driven solutions. Prior to joining Linkmedia, Dawson drove classified data science and performance improvement projects for federal intelligence agencies in the Washington, D.C. area.

Jake aims to bring both innovation and efficiency to his work for our occupancy clients by shortening feedback loops and maintaining a systematic mindset. He has a passion for challenging new experiences, and enjoys reading, traveling, and involving himself in the world of sport during his free time. Jake graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina and is an alumnus of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity.

With 10 years of marketing experience, Angie thrives on building client relationships and learning their business objectives to help craft the perfect strategies that will provide solutions. When she isn’t running around the office, she’s traveling the world and looking for places to soak up sunshine and new life experiences.
Lyndsey joined Linkmedia 360 as an Account Manager for the Omni Channel Local team in January 2018. She comes to the team with over 7 years of digital marketing experience working with clients small and large across various industries. After obtaining her BBA and MBA from Kent State University, Lyndsey started her career in paid media where she developed record breaking paid search campaigns. From there she expanded her knowledge into all digital marketing as a Media Manager overseeing all SEO, Social Media, and Display tactics. Her experience working directly on clients search and social strategies lead her to Account Management where she has been able to use past knowledge and experience in combination with a true understanding of the clients needs to bring successful marketing strategies to life. Outside of work you will find Lyndsey searching for her next adventure. Whether it’s hiking pieces of the Appalachian Trial, white water rafting, or skydiving, she’s sure to be found smiling during every minute of it.
Kathleen joined the Linkmedia 360 team in January 2018 as an Account Manager. With nine years of experience in advertising/marketing, Kathleen has developed integrated communications plans resulting in strategies around email marketing, trade show events, video and digital/print media tactics, among other deliverables. She is known for her organization, attention to detail and ability to manage and build meaningful client relationships. When not in the office, Kathleen enjoys camping with family and friends, restoring furniture and spending time with her two boys and husband.
Becky joined Linkmedia 360 in June of 2019. She brings over 18 years of traditional and digital marketing Account Management experience with her. Whether working with the CEO of a Fortune 500 company or an intern at a start-up, Becky’s goal is always the same, treat the client with respect and ensure they are getting top notch service in a timely manner. Outside of the office, Becky’s passions are baking, shopping and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes. Go Bucks!

Barra has been in the industry since 2001 and with Linkmedia 360 since 2004. When not driving great results through local search management, she loves music, traveling and Cleveland sports. A lifelong Cleveland Browns fan, she hopes one day that she sees the Browns in a Super Bowl (notice we said IN a Super Bowl not WIN a Super Bowl. Beggars can’t be choosers).
Paul has been with Linkmedia 360 since 2001. He has vast experience with dealer accounts. Paul beat level 3 of Angry Birds on Monday is now stuck on level 4.

Kyle Crocker is an Analytics & Optimization Manager at Linkmedia 360. He brings nearly 10 years of experience in digital marketing, both on the agency side and in-house. While Kyle’s primary focus is in analytics, his expertise extends across online advertising and search engine optimization. He utilizes his proficiency in SEO to solve business challenges with data and analytics. Often, this takes the form of a compelling story that’s extracted from data to effectively communicate performance and progress. Having received his bachelor's degree in business administration from Houghton College with a minor in economics, Kyle has always had a focus on what makes a business successful. Outside of the office, Kyle invests most of his time with his wife and two kids. They enjoy soccer, skiing and spending time at the pool.

Joe is a User Experience Manager at Linkmedia 360 with nearly 10 years of marketing experience. He prides himself on strong communication skills, and a creative approach to digital marketing. Ben joined Linkmedia 360 in May 2019. He's very passionate about programming and the creativity it allows him to build new things, whether those are tools, data integrations, games, etc. When not coding, Ben enjoys fine arts painting and he's a huge audiophile.

Although intrigued by the full spectrum of digital marketing, Emir specializes in paid search and analytics, often seen crunching those numbers for hours (John Nash style). He is a Cleveland State alumni, graduating with Summa Cum Laude. In his spare time, Emir enjoys playing and watching sports, especially “real” football aka soccer.

Nathan has worked closely with nearly every team at Linkmedia 360 from his days as an intern, gaining experience in a wide variety of areas and making key contributions across all verticals. Now as a Specialist, his main focus is driving results for our Omni Local team. Nathan is a die-hard Cleveland sports fan and enjoys playing basketball, skateboarding, and going to concerts.

Nick joined the team as a Digital Marketing Specialist in June 2019. A recent John Carroll University graduate, he is eager to start his professional career at Linkmedia 360. He majored in Communications, with a focus in Integrated Marketing and minored in Entrepreneurship. This helped Nick obtain internships in multiple companies, in many different industries. She has worked in the insurance industry for the last 10 years in building relationships and implementing strong digital and print advertising programs. Leigh is an Account Manager at Linkmedia 360 with nearly 10 years experience in the Yellow Page industry. She has a strong history with print, online and mobile advertising with driving results being top priority. As a graduate from Ohio State University, she is a die-hard Buckeye fan and even named her daughter Scarlett (as in Scarlet & Gray).
Carla has over 10 yrs experience in the advertising industry. She has worked with a variety of accounts assisting in both print and digital. She joined Linkmedia 360 in March 2018. Since her children are grown she enjoys spending quality time with her husband in her spare time - taking road trips and creating memories with family/friends. She also enjoys going to Country Heat class at the gym and being outdoors.
Debbie has been in the industry for over 30 years starting her career at Ohio Bell Telephone Company. Debbie and her husband like spending time together at Lake Erie Islands relaxing and boating. They have three grown children and six grandchildren. She enjoys gardening and floral design and sits on the board in her local garden club.
Christopher has been involved in the industry for 11 years and with Linkmedia 360 since August, 2007. His duties at LM360 include assisting in the creation of social media layout/design and the day to day upkeep of various national online and print advertising accounts. Christopher enjoys writing and photography. He does not enjoy long walks on beaches but has nothing against the movie, Beaches.
Christina has been in the industry since 2012, she works closely with her clients to maximize the impact of their advertising spend on national online and print adverting campaigns. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. Now that her daughters are grown, she has found time to spark an interest in travel if anyone ever needs a travel buddy!
Amy has been working in the marketing industry for 13 years and has had many of the same clients since she started. She prides herself on client relationships and a quick response to inquiries. She has been married almost as long as she has been in the business and has two kids: Emma, 6 and Mollie, 2.
Karen is a proud mother of two grown children. She has been in Administration/Customer Service for over 20 years. Karen enjoys spending time with family and friends, and when the Cleveland weather permits, camping outdoors is a must!

Elizabeth (Liz) joined the team in August 2017 as a Client Services Specialist. While new to this industry, she does bring with her a wealth of knowledge in client services, dating back 10+ years. Prior to Linkmedia 360, Liz was an insurance agent working with Professional Liability. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family (including the furry, four-legged family members), being outdoors and playing piano.
Kate joined the online listing team in August 2017; she brings 20+ years of administrative experience to Linkmedia 360. The proud mother of a U.S. Army soldier and a college Freshman, she loves travel, antique hunting, history, and photography.

Quadra has a MS from Tiffin University in Justice Administration and holds active membership with the Association of Professional Resume Writers and Career Coaches. During her most recent 7-year tenure in the education field, she created effective strategic plans to initiate and cultivate employer relationships to secure internship opportunities, and future staffing prospects. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, collecting giraffe figurines, shopping and playing with her precious dog China.
Ashley joined Linkmedia 360 in October 2018 as a Project Coordinator. Before joining the Linkmedia team, she held titles of Project Coordinator and Data Analyst in the insurance industry. While not working, Ashley co-owns and operates a small tabletop gaming company.
Sherry joined Linkmedia 360 in August 2018 as a Product Specialist on the Allstate team. She brings over 8 years of experience in the advertising industry, assisting with print, digital and billing, and has over 25 years of customer service experience. Sherry enjoys spending time with her husband, family and being outdoors.
Sue joined our team in 2018, boasting over 30 years of experience in the Yellow Pages industry. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and crocheting for charity.
Inside Sales Representative
Katie is an Inside Sales Representative, primarily on the Allstate team. She provides outreach to connect with agents on new products and services, and then introduces them to Allstate agents. She has a background in sales with a degree from Ashland University in Marketing and Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Business Administration.
Clay graduated from Texas Tech University (in Lubbock, TX… go Red Raiders!) with a degree in Design Communications and a minor in packaging. He has worked with LinkMedia since 2002. He loves to work on cars (He has a 1985 Porsche he and his sons are fixing up right now) and most of his free time is spent with his 11 and 14 year old boys.
As Controller, David leads all financial and administrative aspects of the business. His widespread experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Pricing and Cash Flow enhances Linkmedia360’s continued success in contributing value to Customers, Vendors and Shareholders.

Patti has a diverse professional background and has worn many hats during her 10 plus- year tenure with Linkmedia 360. She’s been in the national Yellow Pages and local search space since 2000, and she spent the prior 7 years as a manager in the staffing industry. As Linkmedia 360’s Human Resources Director, Patti is responsible for all new hire onboarding, controls all payroll activities and manages employee benefits. When not in the office, she enjoys time with her police lieutenant husband and she's a self-proclaimed crazy dog mom to their two rescue pups.
Carol has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, and Accounting. She started her career in the insurance industry, has worked in the manufacturing industry, and for a CPA firm before moving into the marketing industry six years ago. Carol is married and has four children and five grandchildren. She enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family and four wiener dogs.
Debbie joined Linkmedia 360 in October of 2018. She currently provides administrative support to the staff. Prior to Linkmedia 360, Debbie worked at a manufacturing company as an HR Coordinator. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching the Cleveland Indians and Cleveland Browns.
