The Project Manager oversees all aspects of project management and will work with all agency divisions, monitoring and ensuring the timely delivery of fully integrated digital marketing programs for Linkmedia 360 clients. The Project Manager is a highly dependable task manager and planner for Linkmedia 360’s internal team members that consist of strategic subject matter experts and execution specialists.  The Project Manager will set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize the progress of the project, along with preparing reports for the agency’s stakeholders and Account Directors/Managers regarding the project status.  This individual with work directly with support team members to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget and that all aspects of each project are completed on time.  The Project Manager is internally customer-service focused and must clearly communicate program progress to the agency’s Account Directors/Managers.

The Project Manager will have a high focus on internal teamwork, deadlines, project and task assignments and delivery.  The mentality for this role is that anything that touches the team and clients should make them feel like they are “touching gold.”

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Management / Deliverables
    • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant team members to ensure technical feasibility, resource availability, and allocation.
    • Coordinate internal resources to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope, while recognizing opportunities to add value.
    • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
    • Troubleshoot and identify problems and develop solutions that meet the needs of both the agency and our clients.
    • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress that can be shared with clients and internal team members.
    • Measure project performance using Teamwork to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term objectives.
    • Help to develop and deliver project management tool training.
    • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Client Delivery & Operations
      • Proactively address and resolve deliverable concerns – resolve and escalate with client services and solutions leads as necessary.
      • Perform quality assurance checks on team’s work output looking for:
        • Efficiency
        • Accuracy
        • Consistency
        • Effectiveness
      • Support Account Director/Manager in recording monthly billing entries for program changes/additions/projects, etc.
      • Support Account Director/Manager in the reconciliation of client monthly program billing amounts.
      • Support updates in Salesforce client CRM (contacts, contracts/scope, billing, opportunities, etc.).
  • Team Development
    • Set up team-based goals and deadlines for projects and program growth.
    • Provide constructive feedback to team support staff to meet deadlines and objectives (all-for-one mentality).
    • Contribute to team member annual performance reviews as requested.
    • Review resources for assigned clients to ensure accuracy and team capacity.
  • Digital Marketing Understanding and Application
    • Develop strategic mindset and working knowledge of tactical delivery.
    • Strong project management and organization skills.
      • High proficiency in usage of Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook calendar and contact management.
    • Efficient with using cloud-based software, tools and workflow.
    • Develop subject matter knowledge in SEO, Content, PPC and Analytics.
    • Solid understanding of integrated marketing components: local search, content marketing, technical optimization, user experience, conversion rate optimization, email marketing and automation, and social/reputation management.

  • Overall client retention (90% target)
  • Client program result improvements (YoY – ROI/conversions, traffic/rankings)
    • Quarterly client case study creation
  • Client investment growth
  • Client testimonials and referrals
  • Development of internal and external processes/deliverables for all scalable tactics and strategies as it relates to account management
